What is an Aerobic Treatment Unit? 

In essence, an aerobic treatment unit is a small, wastewater treatment unit that utilizes oxygen to  support bacteria in breaking down waste. 

Aerobic Septic Maintenance:  

Florida State law mandates that an Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) be maintained by a licensed maintenance entity by means of a bi-annual or quarterly inspection. This includes various maintenance procedures which depend on the particular make or model of ATU. Upon completion of every service, our team sends a completed maintenance report to your local County Department of Health in accordance with law.
